    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to support this Motion and say that this country has longed for reforms in the Police Service so that we can deal with insecurities in the country. In supporting the appointment of Mr. David Kimaiyo, I am very impressed by his academic credentials. We are talking about a person with Masters of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Master of Theology. At the moment, he is also pursuing a PhD. in Criminology and Social Order. I think this man has what it takes for us to have the order we need in this country. As a country, we hope that the Government will fully support the Department with the appointment of Mr. Kimaiyo."
