    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also want to join my colleagues in supporting this Motion. I also want to say that it was good for the Commission to appoint a career policeman who has wealth of experience. Knowing that Mr. Kimaiyo has been in the police force, he knows all the problems of the police. Therefore, he has the experience and he will work well with the police. This has also created confidence among police officers for having one of their own as the Inspector- General of Police. I urge this House, which is now charged with budget making, to make sure that they give enough money to the police force so that Mr. Kimaiyo can have enough resources to equip the police force. We should also know that there are high expectations. We are happy that Mr. Kimaiyo will meet the challenges of the police force."
