    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, previously, we did not have title deeds for all the Government forest land. But since 2005 when the new Act and new reforms in the forest sector were enacted by this House, we began the process of establishing these boundaries and getting the title deeds. For quite a number of forest areas, I may not have the figure now, but we have title deeds for them. We still do not have title deeds for some, but that is a process that is ongoing."
