    "content": "(b) Under the infrastructure development and emergency funds, the Ministry has set aside a total of Kshs827,620 to the four primary schools in Mumias Constituency for procurement of lightening arrestors. The funds will be disbursed in August 2011, that is in the current financial year as follows:- Petros will get Kshs200,000, Bumwende will get Kshs249,980, Shibinga will get Kshs888,820 and Milimani will get Kshs188,320."
