How come that when matters are brought here regarding Charterhouse Bank, several road blocks are created such that we cannot get the information? Whereas this House has discussed issues of the National Bank of Kenya (NBK) and their loan portfolios here, how come that issues regarding Charterhouse Bank cannot be brought here and hon. Members given the information they require in order to interrogate the way it was finally closed?"
