    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my intervention was in relation to the Statement that hon. Shakeel has sought in relation to the water hyacinth. I was just indicating that last week or two weeks ago we passed the ALFA Bill or the ALFA Act if it has been assented to that obligates the Government within six months to clear the water hyacinth. When the Minister is giving that statement he should be responding within the context of the ALFA Bill that now obligates the Government to clear the hyacinth within six months and not a Non-Governmental Organization or any other body."
