    "content": "Elections Act, s. 109 Insert the following new subsection immediately 2011 (No. 24 of after subsection (3)— 2011) “(4) The Commission shall publish in the Gazette, not later than sixty days prior to the date of a general election, the regulations approved by the National Assembly under subsection (3).” Mr. Chairman, Sir, this relates to “party list” and the citation for the wrong article in the elections Act; it says that “party list” will be in congruence with s.29 when it should be s.28 of the Elections Act. So, it is just cleaning up the Elections Act."
