    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, my amendment to Section 109 is insertion of a new Sub-section (4), which reads:- “Insert the following new subsection immediately after Sub-section (3)- (4)The Commission shall publish in the Gazette, not later than sixty days prior to the date of a general election; the regulations approved by the National Assembly under subsection (3) and shall only become effective upon gazettment.”"
