    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I just wanted to guide the House, so that we can move faster. I know the Chair of the committee came in when we were already proceeding. But it was a joint agreement which the Attorney- General explained at the beginning and which I concurred with, between the Attorney- General and the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs; it was that the Attorney-General would remove all the amendments. So, all our amendments as the Committee stand withdrawn; we have given the Attorney-General the mandate to move all the deletions. So, deferring will take us long because they stand withdrawn. That is the way we have been moving."
