I thought he was debating the Estimates. But right now he is threatening Kenyans that if they vote in a particular way, there will be sanctions. He is pretending that he is an expert in international trade and international security when we know he is a local soldier; a local askari who just rose through the ranks. Now he is even using his mind to threaten Kenyans! He is an ordinary askari !"
