    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I really want to understand the Minister. However, if you look at the arguments that he is putting across, you will see that he is the one who is jumping the gun. He is telling us that we should pass these Estimates because he has already provided more than the 15 per cent. However, this amount is in another Bill which is being published and will be coming to this House. I am, therefore, rising on this point of order to formally apply that we stand down this Motion or withdraw it until the Division of Revenue Bill and other Bills are tabled before the House, they go through the First Reading, we see the facts and the figures and then we pass the Supplementary Estimates Bill. We have no quarrel with the Minister."
