    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I heard the Minister although I do not know whether I heard him well. He said that he had been advised by the Transition Authority. On issues of finance and specifically allocation on this matter, he is supposed to listen to the Commission on Revenue Allocation. That is the constitutional Authority that is supposed to advice on this issue. Could the Minister come out clean and lay on the Table the advice of the two institutions?
