When we come to the County Allocation Bill; the Division of Revenue Bill and the County Appropriations Bill, the answers are there for all these questions that hon. Members are asking. You need to actually withdraw those allegations you have made because I have given more than 15 per cent required by the Constitution. The amount that is coming tomorrow is 33 per cent.
