    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree that this is a new thing in Kenya. A number of citizens disappear. From the Government side, we are trying everything possible to trace them and return them to their families. As I have already stated here, substantial effort has been made. We have a situation where signals have been circulated in the whole Republic of Kenya; and we have sought the support of his employer, the Standard Media Group. They agreed and published a notice of a missing person. So, those are unfortunate situations that occur and I want to assure Members that, in every situation, reasonable effort is made."
