However, this report was actually sent to the Central Bank of Kenya on 15th December, 2004. We have been asking for it for a long time and nobody wanted to release it. However, I would like the Minister to confirm specifically whether Charterhouse Bank was investigated for economic crimes in 2004 and if so, was it found to have committed any offence? Secondly---"
