Before you make a ruling on that, would I request the Assistant Minister to go and find out if there is a scheme which is being set up, so that he can stop it with immediate effect? That is because we will be creating another set of historical injustices by not addressing the past ones and creating new ones. Could it be stopped while we look at the past injustices first? That way, we will deal with the current Lamu people who have been dispossessed of their ancestral land first."
