Although I appreciate the comprehensive answer by the Minister, my only worry is that the Shree Visa Oshwal Community went to court and obtained a High Court order vide Case No.1474 of 2005. I have perused the proceedings and it seems that there is a conspiracy to defeat justice either jointly by the two Ministries concerned."
