    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I am happy with the later statement of the Minister, although he is not the appointing authority, I know very well that it is the Minister in charge of the docket who helps in the preparation of gazette notices and who pushes for the gazettement. It is his duty to remind the appointing authority. So, is he in order to try and move away from his responsibility although he has now admitted that he will do it? So, what I am seeking from him is an undertaking that he will ensure that the process is complete."
