    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, when I talk of the business on the Order Paper, I am looking at the two Order Papers. We have the original Order Paper and the Supplementary Order Paper. Any business that appears on those is what we have identified must be completed. We have The Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) Bill, for example, which was supposed to be done yesterday, but hon. Ethuro was not here. The ST and I, TVET and all those Bills that have gone through the Second Reading must go through the Third Reading. Obviously, I am very happy to see that hon. Ethuro is now back. We know the challenges that he had on transportation. I want to assure him that his CDF Bill would have been done yesterday, but we were waiting to see him physically. So, we can do it. It will be there among the Bills that we have to clear before we leave this House because we recognize the need for them. So, the assurance to the House is that we will take any Bill that has gone through Second Reading through the Third Reading. We will not be introducing anything else in the Second Reading unless it is now on the Order Paper. It is just to make sure that we can, at least, complete something before we go home."
