    "content": "asked the Minister for Roads:- (a) whether he is aware that the upgrading to bitumen standard of Bumala-Port Victoria Road stalled at Sifugwe in 2008, 28 kms before completion; (b) whether he is also aware that a tender for completion of the road was advertised in October 2010, bids evaluated in February 2011 and the tender awarded in April, 2011, but since then, no contract has been offered to the winning bidder; and, (c) if he could confirm when the contract for the road works will be signed, when the contractor is expected on site, and the anticipated date of completion of the road works."
