Noor, the Chair would love to save as much time as possible, but there are procedures we must pursue, especially at the Committee of the Whole House stage because that is how we dispose of the business. Once the amendment is already on the Order Paper, you do not need to read it because every hon. Member is expected to have the Order Paper. When there is no indication of the request, the Chair will always proceed to put the Question. So, that is the way in which we can save time, but the amendments must be moved."
