    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 be amended as follows- (a) by inserting the word “stock” immediately before the word “reserve” appearing in paragraph (a); (b) by deleting paragraph (d); (c) by deleting paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (e) Collect information and provide regular reports to national and county governments on status and cost-effectiveness of procurement, the distribution and value of prescribed essential medical supplies delivered to health facilities, stock status and on any other aspects of supply system status and performance which may be required by stakeholders (d) by deleting subparagraph (g); (e) by renumbering the existing provision as sub clause (1) and inserting a new sub clause (2) as follows- (2) The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Authority, and the appropriate county governments organs, determine the requirement of drugs and medical supplies in public health facilities."
