    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the following new Clause 8A be inserted- Removal of Chief Executive 8A. The Board may remove the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with his or her terms and conditions of service for- (a) inability to perform the functions of the office arising out of physical or mental incapacity; (b) gross misconduct or misbehaviour; (c) incompetence or negligence of duty; or, (d) any other ground that would lawfully justify removal from office under the terms and conditions of service."
