    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the case involving the engineer in the hon. Member’s constituency is a matter that has been raised in our office, and, indeed, we found that the engineer acted contrary to the instructions that he had been given. We have summoned him and will be able to take the appropriate action against engineers who do not follow the Ministry’s guidelines. In this particular case, the engineer changed the designs, or the specific details of the contract, without informing the Ministry. That was found to be inappropriate."
