Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it gives me great pleasure to present this Bill for a Second Reading. We have endeavored to make Kenya a leading centre for doing business in the East African region, within the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and within the continent. Dispute resolution represents a major business risk because many times, people coming to invest in our region feel that our processes are very slow and that our courts need the expertise.
