    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me this opportunity to support this Bill. I want to thank the hon. Minister for bringing this Bill. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Kenya is destination in Africa and it is absurd to note that some countries do not allow our direct flight from Kenya. I was in Israel in 2010 and they raised serious concerns about our airports. They said that the exit and passengers coming in mix without vetting or checking. Therefore, the issue of security, I believe, is going to be addressed. Therefore, I support."
