It is not a light matter that we would see direct international engagements in countries that I have mentioned such as Afghanistan and Baghdad in Iraq and not have similar engagements. Is it because Somalia is on the African continent? I hope that the Minister will be bold enough to confront those issues in his Statement to this House."
