    "content": "So, that is the essence of this Motion. We want to establish a co-ordinating unit or a distribution unit with a clear criteria and procedure for making these facilities available. I think it will be very important and useful that using that co-ordinating unit, we can go out to all interested parties the same way we are able to get condoms for our teenage boys. It will also be possible to use the civil society, interested groups and international bodies, so that the shortfall in terms of the monetary provisions can be made available and then it becomes easy for all the girls that need this facility to get it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that the House passes this Motion, so that our girls are afforded this very important facility. With those many remarks, I beg to move and I ask Mr. Mungatana to second the Motion."
