    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support this Motion and to congratulate Eng. Gumbo for bringing it. This is not the first Motion that our colleague has brought and he always brings Motions that are pertinent to the issues of the people of Kenya. Therefore, I feel honoured to support this Motion on this particular issue that concerns the young women of this country. This is an issue that has for many years been talked about. Many directives have been given on this issue. My reason for supporting this Motion is that I feel it is going to put in place structures that will allow all the good intentions of the Government to be realized."
