    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I want to convey my new year greetings to you and Members of Parliament and, in particular, the people of Migori who have honoured me for the five years that I have been in this august House. Secondly, I want to thank hon. Dr. Monda for moving this very important Motion. It has come at the right time before this Parliament adjourns. The issue of medical attention in this country is really wanting. Thanks to the Government and the CDF for putting up quite a number of dispensaries across the country.
