    "content": "As you note, between now and when the departmental committees ought to prosecute this particular agenda, Members are either absent or rare to find--- Of course, 14 days from now we may not be in a position to do deal with it. 14th February will still be within the time when the Minister should lay the Statment, even though this House will have dissolved. Could the Chair consider transferring the responsibility of processing the BPS to the next Parliament in March of this year, so that this Minister does not go saying he has done his part, he has left the rest to members of this Tenth Parliament, and it was them who were not able to prosecute their duty as effectively as was required? I seek your guidance on this particular matter."
