What we are talking about now is very straightforward – that Mr. Muchiri made a false OB entry regarding a suspect charged with robbery with violence in custody under his care. The entry he made into the OB indicates that the suspect was being taken to Kodiaga yet he knew very well that he had released him. If the hon. Member does not have a copy of the internal trial proceedings, I can give a copy to him, so that he can go through them and he will appreciate the position that had been taken by the police.
