    "content": "asked the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife:- (a) whether he is aware that the increasing conflict between wildlife conservation and local communities is seriously threatening the survival of wildlife especially the carnivores and tourism industry in Kenya; (b) whether he could confirm that the rise in human-wildlife conflict is due to failure by the Ministry to fast track the approval of the new wildlife policy and/or Bill; and, (c) when the new Wildlife Bill will be introduced in Parliament for debate and in the meantime, what measures the Minister is taking to address the cases of human-wildlife conflict."
