    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do appreciate that this is a very important Bill and all of us in this House have been waiting for it to come here to be debated, but there were a lot of Bills with the Attorney-General. I believe that some of the delays have been there because of the many Bills that have gone to that office. I have spoken to the Attorney-General and he has assured me that his office is finalizing it and it will be here for debate before we got home."
