    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, whereas the Minister is denying that he is not aware of any consignment from Kenya, what reason can he give for the recent high rise of poaching, especially in Laikipia area? Could he tell this House why, for example, the construction of the road by some Chinese company has heightened poaching in those areas? Some ranchers who are involved in conservation in these areas have asked the Kenya Wildlife Service to go and take the rhinos from their ranches because they cannot protect them under the existing circumstances. How can the Minister stand here and tell this House that there is no poaching that is going on or that he is not aware of any consignment from Kenya when we are aware that there is heightened poaching in the country?"
