    "content": "Last year, Mr. Speaker, Sir. That is 2012. I did not say “happy new year” and that is why. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when you hear this Parliament being bashed left right and centre, you wonder whether the other quarter of this Government is actually seeing. The latest is when we passed the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendment) Bill that was generated and originated from the Government for purposes of ensuring the passage of critical Bills before the end of this Parliament but the Executive has not even issued a single statement to say how important it is. Again last year, His Excellency the President, I believe in concurrence with the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, honored many Kenyans. But looking at them, I was surprised that in this House, they recognized Ministers only apart from only one passenger, Mr. Yusuf Chanzu. I want to thank the Executive for recognizing him but looking back again, you will discover that he was once an Assistant Minister in this Government. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Prime Minister to tell us---"
