    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it was only Thursday when I came back here and by 6.00 p.m., there was no quorum. Today morning, again, we were hit by lack of quorum. We had to stop transacting business to get hon. Members to come to the Chamber to contribute to debate. Going by that trend and looking at the membership of this House right now, after this Motion, we cannot be having quorum. Therefore, I do not support the Motion."
