    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also rise to concur with the other hon. Members and support this Bill. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a good gesture for the country because we are creating a precedent where those who are in the office can look forward to retirement because they are taken care of. Being the Head of Government and State, I think that it is important that as a country, we take care of our retiring Presidents and encourage those who are in office not to stay too long and look forward to retirement. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I strongly support."
