    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. In supporting it, I would like to ask the Minister to consider, in future, moving an amendment during the Committee of the whole House to cover other Members of the House, especially the retired ones who frequent Parliament. We can see their conditions because they have no pension and many of them live in abject poverty. We hope that the Minister can, in future or in the near future take that issue into consideration. It is important that our retired officers especially people who have served in positions like that of the Deputy President and the rest are well taken care of. It is for that reason that I fully, support this Bill."
