"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. In doing so, I have four points to make. The first point is obvious. Under Clause 10, of course, Members of the Government are bound by Cabinet decisions. The import of this is that if this Bill were law today, we would not be having Members of the Government coming to the House through other forums to present different views from those of the Government. The Bill would have bound many of us to do what is required of us. For example, the matter of pensions has brought about controversy which has caused different people to go one way or the other.
