The records will bear me witness. I wanted on a very serious note to caution on the service delivery co-ordination units. The creation of these units must be based on some formula. We want to ensure that if locations and districts are created, they are based on some formula like population. At the moment, the units have been created in a manner that cannot be fair. So, we will propose to have an amendment on that particular one to ensure that we create some formula on the way we create these units. I want to emphasize, as Mr. Githae, did that I support the Provincial Administration, all the way from the County Commissioners to village elders. I beg support."
