    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, whereas the Assistant Minister has given a very brief answer to the Question, he has admitted that the Ministry has powers on preservation of those high potential agricultural areas. In my Question, I did not ask whether he has powers on sub-division of agricultural land. The concern is the preservation of high potential land. Other countries from the Middle East are coming here in Kenya to take the land that we should preserve for food production. Could the Assistant Minister explain why, because he understands that agriculture is the key driver of our economy, he would allow high potential land to be converted into housing estates?"
