"content": "APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES 2012/2013 THAT, in accordance with the provisions of Section 223 of the Constitution of Kenya, this House approves the withdrawal from the Consolidated Fund of a sum of Kenya Shillings 58,848,761,483 representing the total net estimates of Recurrent and Development Expenditure made up of the following: (i) A sum not exceeding Kshs. 56,745,830,182 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2013, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2012/13 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs. 6,005,491,759 therein appearing. (ii) A sum not exceeding Kshs. 16,030,931,343 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2013, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2012/13 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs. 7,922,508,283 therein appearing."
