"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think the Minister is not kind to us. In the first place, he refused to appear before the Committee on Budget. Secondly, he keeps on talking about having a vehicle, knowing very well that he has associated for very long with the “Bus Party” which has been buying everything in the vehicle. Surely, the Minister owes this House an apology because this should have been dealt with at the Committee level rather than waste the time of this House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do not have much time. This thing would have been just a formality and we would have settled it in the relevant Committee."
