    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would have wished that the Assistant Minister came to this House and told us that the investigations are ongoing because from his answer he is not even convinced that he is giving us the correct answer. The motorcycles were two and people who were shot were four. So, I guess that there was a passenger and a rider on each motorcycle. In any case, why did the police have to shoot the two? Even if they were trying to escape, could they not just shoot one and the other one would have fallen naturally? Why did it become necessary for the police officer in each case to shoot the two of them?"
