    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my point of order is that the Minister is indicating that she is going to provide another water pan in that area. From the figures that we have especially for the people of around the slopes of the Aberdares, there are some water programmes which were started back in the 1960s to carter for populations which were lower than 30,000 people. The populations have now grown to about 100,000 people. Could the Minister indicate what plans she has to rehabilitate a programme like the Gatamathi Water Project which serves Mathioya? Of course, now the programme cannot serve the over 90,000 people living in that area."
