    "content": "Mr. Assistant Minister, if the answers you have given are correct that this matter is now the subject of a court inquest, then, obviously, you cannot be the same person agreeing that it should be referred to the relevant Departmental Committee. If it is already the subject of an inquest, then it is pending before court and you have said that there is a hearing date in September, 2011. Obviously, there is a doctrine of separation of powers. You have got to let the court process run its full course before you can come back to the House Committee."
