    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister for Finance does not carry money in a bag because the money is voted by this Parliament. That is the point I have been emphasizing that this Parliament is a budget making Parliament and it is not like the rubber stamp of the previous years. Secondly, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, every Ministry is allocated a budget and it is for them to prioritize issues. It just shows that, according to them, this issue is not a priority because there is more money than the money they are talking about. It is a question of priority. So, let them prioritize it. If it is number one, they should put it as the number one item on their list. It is as simple as that."
