"content": "Secondly, we had not seen the other picture because we were just talking about the money that goes directly to the counties. However, there is an allocation of monies that go to the national Government to perform certain functions on behalf of the counties. So, when you put the two together, there is no cause for worry. I would, therefore, like to support this Bill and also to congratulate the Minister for being able to come and actually have consultations with us as well as with the CRA. I support."
