"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will have to do so, because this matter has been outstanding for more than six years. Unfortunately, according to the information gathered by my office, some of it has to be received from certain sources. For example, we are unable to identify who the directors of Charterhouse Bank are. That information should have been provided to us by the Registrar of Companies. But for more than four years, an attempt to get such information has been fruitless. So, as much as I undertake to improve on the answer I have, I am not sure whether I will be able to get that information between today and tomorrow. This is because it has been outstanding for more than four years."
